Disabling Antivirus prior to Exams

HESI and Examplify exams can both have trouble launching due to Antivirus programs. We recommend temporarily disabling your antivirus prior to taking an exam with Examplify or HESIinet.

How to Disable Antivirus Before Exam (Remember to Re-enable after exam).
If your antivirus allows whitelisting folders add C:\Program Files (x86)\Examsoft\ to exclude list for a permanent fix.
If your antivirus only whitelists files add C:\Program Files (x86)\Examsoft\Examplify\Services\Examsoft.SoftShield.exe
